This all took place in just a matter of four or five hours. What an example of efficiency! You can thank the production manager for coming by before this job started and making sure he understood exactly what I wanted. When the crew was finished, I had an even better job than I had expected!

I had always admired the way one of my neighbors’ roof looked, and I knew he had hired you to do the job. I also knew that he had made sure he had gotten the best estimate before he began the job. It was, in fact, less than I had expected and I was able to use coupons on both the roof and the gutters to further reduce my cost!

Your company set up an estimate appointment within a few days of my phone call. Your salesman came exactly on time, armed with all the literature and color choices I needed to make a decision on the spot. He was very good at explaining to me the options your company offered, what the advantages of using (or not using) various features would be, as well as detailing the fine points of what he thought would be a good plan for my particular roof and gutter situation. I never felt any pressure to choose one option or another – I made my choices on the information he provided to me, and he was completely comfortable with whatever I chose. I asked his advice on several points and was satisfied with his answers. I contracted with you to do the roof and gutters on the spot, and felt very good about choosing your company.

My satisfaction was only enhanced by how quickly your crew came, how little time it took them and what a nice bunch of guys they were! Footsteps were on the roof promptly by 7:30am and they even worked on Sunday. They did a great clean-up after themselves each day and especially after they were through. Also, your production manager came early this week to put the final pop rivet in the downspout, and to replace the chimney protector. He waited in the driveway until I came home to ask me a question about the chimney before he proceeded.
